This fictile, pink lamp has large rays and volutes. The large nozzle is broken. There is a vestigial side-projection on one side. Shape: Round bodied lamp with flat base with slight concave depression in center, set off by circular groove; rounded body profile; broad concave discus set off by circular groove; central fill hole; extended nozzle. Decoration: Traces of red slip on all surfaces (10 R 5/6 red).  Relief decoration on top consisting of radiating grooves and ridges on shoulder; raised semi-circular patch with at least two concentric semi-circular grooves on one side; nozzle axis is flat with parallel grooves/ridges; pair of volutes at juncture of nozzle and body. Inscriptions: None. Condition: Nearly complete; end of nozzle broken away; large chip from edge of fill hole; slip very worn; encrusted; pieces of unrelated pottery inside.
