This small brown delphiniform lamp has a relatively long nozzle with a large flanged end. The side projection is not pierced. The decoration consists of incised, radiating lines but is very worn. Shape: Round-bodied lamp with slight ring base; slightly carinated body profile; small concave discus with central fill hole; long extended nozzle, rounded at the end; partially pierced side lug on right side (nozzle pointing up). Decoration: Traces of red brown slip on all surfaces. Relief decoration on top consisting of radiating grooves on shoulder. Inscriptions: None. Condition: Intact; slip mostly worn away; large chip from shoulder; other minor chips; burnt at wick hole.
