This red, fictile lamp is cylindrical with a pedestal base. It has a thick nozzle which is deep at the base. It has a pierced side projection. The pierced fill hole is recessed. The top of the nozzle bears a monogram which is the only decoration. Shape: Round-bodied lamp with ring base; cylindrical body with straight side walls; concave top with central fill hole; extended nozzle, rounded at end; pierced triangular side lug on right side. Decoration: Possible red slip on all surfaces. Inscriptions: Stamped monogram on top of nozzle within rectangle (delta eta mu eta) Condition: Intact; burning; minor chips.
