This fictile lamp has a nozzle in the form of a Zeus-like face. It has a projection on one edge of the rim and a portion of the reservoir wall is missing. Shape: Round bodied lamp w/ ring base; extended triangular nozzle with rounded termination; one extant triangular lug on side; central fill hole surrounded by two concentric plain ridges and a third outer zig-zag ridge; four radiating ribs on lug handle. Decoration: Relief frontal face of a satyr extending from body to tip of nozzle; bearded, large eyebrows, pupils of eyes marked w/ small indentation; wears wreath of ivy leaves; horns on top of head.  Dark brown slip on top; drips around sides; mostly unslipped on bottom.
Inscriptions: None. Condition: 3/4 complete w/ large piece missing from side of body and another large chip on edge of fill hole; burning around nozzle; some encrustation.
