This circular lamp has a narrow, voluted nozzle extending from it. The centrally pierced, recessed discus has a very simple line design. There is a small hole on one side near the nozzle. Shape: Round bodied lamp with flat base; carinated body profile; broad concave discus with small, nearly central fill hole; extended nozzle, rounded at end; small hole in side of body near nozzle (0.003 m diam). Decoration: Relief decoration on top consisting of a pair of volutes, curled at both ends, on top of nozzle; two concentric ridges at outer edge of discus, framing a band of radiating alternating ridges and grooves. Inscriptions: None. Condition: Intact; worn; minor chips; minor encrustation.
